We assist families with home organization and handle donating or discarding items that are no longer needed or wanted.

Senior Crusader (Advocacy)

Do you live out of town or have limited time because of your own life and work demands, but want to make sure that your loved one is not overlooked?  We can provide scheduled well checks and also intermittent visits to monitor the quality of care your loved one is receiving through in-home services or in assisted living or long-term care facilities.  

Mobile Notary

We come to your home, hospital, SNF or any retirement community to notarize legal documents. 

Transportation

Errands, doctors’ appointments, social outings, etc.

We not only provide transportation to and from hospitals, doctor offices, therapy centers and other care facilities, but we wait with patients, ensure discharge instructions are clear, and then take clients back to their home.  This allows for less stress and confusion for the client as well as the family and has proven to have better outcomes for the health of the client.

Private Duty Shift

Light cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, changing linens, washing dishes, shopping, running errands, etc.
There's no limit on how many days per week. Maximum of 3 hours per day.

Hospital/Rehab to Home Program

Drive and escort discharged patients to their home and help with hospital/rehab to home transition. Services include: Grocery shop, pick up prescriptions, prepare a meal (if applicable), ensure patient is organized and comfortable.
